Delivery & Installation Services:

DoorHub provides delivery services within Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and across the UAE using our own transport fleet exclusively for orders that include installation by our professional assembly teams.

In other cases, customers can choose from the following delivery options:

Self-Collection:

Orders can be collected from our showroom in Dubai, UAE, DIP 2, Unit 4 warehouse 5.
Customers must provide order confirmation and identification upon pickup.

Third-Party Delivery:

DoorHub offers nationwide shipping through third-party carriers at the carrier’s standard rates.
Delivery can be made to any specified branch or directly to the recipient’s doorstep.
When placing an order, customers must provide the recipient's name, city, branch location (if applicable), and contact details.
Please note that third-party carriers may have weight and size restrictions for shipments.

Courier Door-to-Door Delivery:

We offer courier delivery services to your specified address within the UAE at competitive rates.
Delivery charges will be based on the size, weight, and location of the shipment.

Order Verification & Inspection:

Customers must inspect their orders upon delivery or pickup.
If any defects or damages are identified, customers have the right to refuse the order by documenting the issue with the carrier and notifying DoorHub immediately.
DoorHub is not responsible for any damages reported after the successful delivery and acceptance of the order.

Payment Terms:

Orders are processed only after full or partial payment is received.

Payment methods accepted:

• Credit/Debit Card via our secure online payment portal
• Bank Transfer to our corporate account
• In-store payment

Advance Payment Policy:

100% prepayment is required for the following product categories:

• Custom furniture & decor items
• Small accessories and decorative pieces
• Doors, partitions, wall panels, and all bespoke carpentry items
• Hardware
• Aluminum profiles, shadow gaps, and skirting
• Installation services

Important Notes:

• DoorHub does not offer cash-on-delivery or post-payment options.
• All payments must be made in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams) unless otherwise specified.
• Any cancellation of a confirmed order may be subject to applicable cancellation fees.
