Return and refund policy
DOORHUB want you to feel completely satisfied with the products you have purchased for your home.
Our products are carefully crafted and curated to suit different design aesthetics while being highly functional.
Each of our products goes through a stringent quality check before we bring it home to you.
Our rules of return and refund:
- There can be a minute difference in fabric colour and wood finish between the images here and the actual product. This is caused by the difference in screen calibrations and resolutions across different displays.
- Product color may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings
- It is acceptable to have a slight mismatch in dimensions.
- All dimensions can be fixed by Doorhub team during 14 working days.
- The price of repair and restoration is paid by the buyer if the damage was caused by the fault of the buyer and his installers.
- If the damage was caused by the import assembly team, the restoration is at our expense.
- Our refund process takes 7 to 14 working days from the day we receive the item back in the warehouse. We do not offer Cash refunds.
In case of orders paid in cash, you may submit a copy of your Emirates ID and we’ll issue a cheque refund and deliver it to your doorstep.
All doors and furniture Doorhub TM non-refundable, as manufactured and/or imported individually for each customer in an exclusive design.
However, in case of damage, the product is fully recoverable.
